Packaging Machines Maintenance Assistance: nowadays, in a business context in which to remain competitive on the market is necessary to maximize plants efficiency and productivity, automatic machines maintenance acquires the role of strategic asset capable to contribute to the success of the company. This because it allows to:

  • Reduce running costs
  • Increase plant productivity
  • Increase final product quality
  • Improve security
  • Maximize production times

industrial machines maintenance and assistance is the set of maintenance actions and new methodologies (CIL), with the aim of restoring a system (or one of its components) from a state of failure, to a state of good operation, without modifying or improve the functions performed by the system, nor increase its value, nor improve its performance.

Preventive maintenance or also called scheduled maintenance consists in cyclic maintenance given by the supplier or manufacturer of the system or machine to reduce faults or malfunctioning. Preventive maintenance has the main objective of extending the life cycle of assets and limiting downtime, in order to prevent excessive qualitative and quantitative degradation of production.

Predictive maintenance is a type of preventive maintenance that is carried out following parameters that are measured and processed to identify the remaining operating time of the machine, before failure. For this purpose, different methodologies are used, such as:

  • Chemical analysis of lubricants: The engine leaves a particular metal in the oil which indicates a principle of wear. By taking small quantities of oil it is possible to carry out a chemical analysis and check the health of the machine.
  • Vibration measurement: A damaged bearing, misalignment, imbalance will cause an increase in vibration.
  • Thermography: The parts subject to wear, by increasing friction, produce heat, this increase in temperature is highlighted precisely by thermography.
  • Analysis of absorbed currents: When a motor works in a forced mode due to a mechanical or electrical problem, the absorption of the motor is checked.
  • Ultrasound analysis

A variation of the measurements made with respect to the state of normal operation will indicate the increase in degradation and ultimately, will allow to predict the time of the fault.

Self-maintenance, also called autonomous maintenance, is that carried out by the user of the system, and is one of the pillars on which TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE is founded. This type of approach starts from two simple assumptions:

  • The first highlights how the first person able to perceive the “weak signal” that a system (machine, plant or similar) generates at the first occurrence of an anomaly is the user of the system himself.
  • The second suggests that simple maintenance operations , for example visual and sensory checks, can be entrusted to personnel with low technical skills compared to operators and maintenance technicians, more experienced and certainly more suitable for complex interventions.

The concept of self-maintenance therefore wants to bring into production organizations the typical behavioral model that is normally adopted in daily life, for example in the case of a car, where the owner generally takes care of carrying out periodic checks (oil levels, water, etc. ), to keep it clean, to carry out simple maintenance operations (for example topping up the oil level) and to perceive any anomalies such as to suggest the use of specialist maintenance. In this example, when the operator of the system, that is the owner of the car, finds an anomaly that he cannot cope with or will have to carry out a complex maintenance operation, he will contact a qualified technician.

We are a young, flexible, reliable and prepared team, and we carry out any scheduled or emergency intervention with the utmost professionalism and commitment, because customer satisfaction is our priority.

Interventions Scheduling with fixed technicians within the company: Working in a team with the client and us as Maintenance Contractor, we develop maintenance programs for the management of the machinery and plants, collaborating in synergy to achieve the pre-established objectives, bringing added value to the company.

We also offer a service dedicated to improvements in production processes
